Everything I offer at Red Rock Stitchwerks is done by custom order. I will work with you to come up with the PERFECT items. Fill out the information and I will get back to you with some options and details on how to proceed with your order.

Once you approve your project, all orders are done in the order that they are placed. Most projects are completed within 2 weeks but will vary greatly with each order. If you are working with a deadline please make sure to specify that.

I will do my best to accommodate any and all requests, however some things may be out of my control.

I work out of my home studio in Las Vegas, NV.

I can add personalization to several different items. However, some items are just not made for this type of embellishment. I will do my best to accommodate all requests but adjustments may be necessary in order for your results to be what you are looking for.

If you are local and would like to drop off items for embroidery service please be advised that I will not be responsible for items that are irreplaceable. If you are requesting items to be embroidered there are several requirements necessary to ensure the end results will be successful.

Due to the custom nature of each item I make at Red Rock Stitchwerks, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Please make sure to check the information you provide on your order (spelling, punctuation, capitals, etc.).

If for any reason I make a mistake and your order is not what you requested, I will be more than happy to correct it.
